Ist das System relevant?
The adjective "systemrelevant" in context of the banking crisis can be translated with "too big to fail"
As a noun plus adjective like here it gets quite a different meaning: is the system relevant?
In spoken German it sounds just the same...

Thanks very much, Keith! Hamburg has some highly interesting areas with doors and walls like this. There has been a squatter scene for a long time and the town compromised by funding the renovation of the occupied houses and letting the squatters stay on (they now pay rent). There are still riots (G20!) but not on such a regular basis as before.
