The Sunday Challenge (TSC): pick yourself a challenge that hasn't been ticked or registered as done
I chose "Look out a window of your home and take a photo of the view" (Angelica Paez). Taken out of my living room window, one of the ladies on the facade was illuminated by evening light.
Actually I took the photo first and then looked for a challenge idea that fitted the photo;-)

If I look out my front window I see two empty lots where the houses have recently been torn down. Your photo is more interesting and will last longer than the new homes taking their place in those empty lots.

Great light on that architectural feature.

Thanks a lot, pappy! Thankfully, the houses in our neighbourhood are mostly listed buildings. But generally it's the same as in your place- good solid architecture is being pulled down to replace it with cheap nondescript buildings or with roads...
