This is an early Helios-44 which came attached to a Zenit-E. It is a preset with a 49mm filter ring.

Perhaps yours was a Helios-77. Or maybe the Helios-65 which is so rare that there’s no adapter on the market for it. There is an interesting story about the Helios-65 at www.diyphotography.net/shooting-with-helios-65-a-lens-so-rare-theres-no-adapter-for-it

Alas! Perhaps you can buy a replacement. They are plentiful and inexpensive. It is amusing to use the Helios lens on a digital camera.
