Corizus hyoscyami (Cinnamon bug)
I am guessing this is probably not a 'good' bug/beetle to have in the garden, but it certainly is colourful. I haven't been able to identify it with my insect book, so if anyone knows what it is please let me know. Thank you.

Super macro of this pretty bug. I remember seeing a Milkweed Bug in Malta, that looked very much like this, but now you've ID'ed it as a Cinnamon Bug, I can see the difference in markings. I don't know if it's a pest though.
