Stop Chamfers have been added to various parts of the bodywork, these are the corner posts and mid-frame verticals for one end of the van.

If this van had been for museum display only, some more original material [dating from the pre 1961 rebuild] could have been incorporated, but doing so would have required a great deal more work and could have compromised the structural strength required for an operational vehicle.
