The lower vaccinations in the "most deprived areas" could be the result of a number of factors - including not being able to afford the time off to get vaccinated or time off when sick.
I hesitate to suggest the presence of conspiracy theorists finding people to be more receptive to such fallacies in these poorer areas, but it is more likely than not to be a factor.
