Cases, hospital admissions and deaths are all increasing as the 'Indian' variant's greater transmissibility impels the Third Wave upwards.
However, on the 17th June, vaccination appointments were made available to all adults (ie all over 18 yr olds), resulting in a strong boost to the first jab figures.
