What Great Britain & Eire might look like in 2100, with a sea level rise of 200 to 250 feet above the present high water mark. Much of Eastern and Southern England, as well as Eire will disappear beneath the rising waters.
[Brampton - at the eastern end of the big bite between NW England & Scotland - is currently c265ft above the mean sea level].

This melting of land covering ice (not sea ice, that solid water is already displacing the liquid water) is one, very visible affect of "Global Warming" which is itself only one facet of Climate Change.
