TSC - Coffee to the next level

The Sunday Challenge = oh what a decision, I was thinking Jon's suggestion: a cup/mug of hot drink (tea, coffee etc). seems simple, but elevating it to the next level is the real challenge; have fun and don't drink too much before bed! ------------------------------------------------ That was a really tough one, until I got inspired. This link meant for me the next level, even if you don't see much coffee cup.... ------------------------------------------------ Explored, it would never have happened without you, thanks

TSC - Halloween

The Sunday Challenge = Halloween; some type of Halloween shot, so get the creative juice flowing.. no restrictions this week.. ----------------------------------------------------------- The Dutch history of Halloween is relatively short. Much older is the celebration of St. Martin, together with big bonfires for the children. People gather around the fire, and sometimes hollow pumpkins are used.... Saint Maarten is celebrated on the night of November 10th. I took a part of an old picture of a St. Martin celebration in our village -you see people standing close to the bonfire- mirrored it (!) and finally added the pumpkin as a halloween moon, I hope you like the result. ----------------------------------------------------------- Explored, thank you all

TSC - Advertisement

The Sunday Challenge = this is always a much wanted challenge.. we have done it a few times but hey lets keep brushed up on those post processing skills.. advertising poster, real or fake , you decide.. -------------------------------------------- Figures that Wander – Semi-transparent performance art on a loading platform along the railroad; during light art festival “Eindhoven Glow”, edition 2014. I used an image I made myself in 2014. The Eindhoven ‘live-art’ company United-C focuses on the interface between image, movement and performance. During GLOW, director Maarten van der Put and choreographer Pauline Roelants present Figures that Wander. In this looped performance, light objects display a play of lines and movement of four dancers positioned behind a semi-transparent wall. Then almost lit, then returned to a shadow, but also close-up and extremely see-through. For a city-light festival like this of course there is need for Electr/city...........;-) Try a black background to see the full effect. -------------------------------------------- Explored, thank you all

TSC - The world turns

The sunday challenge = ok here we go, sounds easy... but its not! It's confusing as hell.. I have done this before. Hold your camera upside down, subject don't matter. Process if you want keep it light(ish). NO cheating... NO turning, it's not the same. -------------------- So I turned my camera upside down, hell, where am I. Keep it light, allright. The lamplight is coming from what used to be the floor..... but chairs are coming from the ceiling.. I'll have a short break now :-/ ---------------------------------- Explored, thx for all your support and comments

TSC - Mirroring

TSC = Mirroring... I will provide the picture: This is the starting picture, after you mirror you can do whatever else you want... www.deviantart.com/art/The-bridge-of-the-fairies-390457474 ; (The bridge of the fairies - by Leina1) --------------------------------------------- The lady in red is from my own archive: www.flickr.com/photos/phlb/9589320912/in/photolist-fBnM2b-52pNfz-4sdJ4d-52u3A3-85R1kz-9dYsxq I first tried the suggested mirroring with PicMonkey, but I wasn't satisfied with the result. Then Photoshop did the trick. I hope you like the result. It was a real challenge, I never thought I would make it..... --------------------------------------------- Explored, thanks for all comments and suggestions
