Inside the Katajanokka Jail in Helsinki - now a Best Western Hotel . (Upper floor) The former Southern Finland County Jail continued to serve as a prison until 2002. After that, it was converted into a hotel. The exterior of the building remained unchanged, as did the central corridor of the prison shown here and many other historically meaningful details. ~~~~~ Im Katajanokka-Gefängnis in Helsinki - heute ein Best Western Hotel . (Oberer Flur) Das ehemalige Bezirksgefängnis Südfinnlands diente noch bis 2002 als Gefängnis. Danach wurde es in ein Hotel umgewandelt. Das Äußere des Gebäudes blieb unverändert, ebenso wie der hier gezeigte zentrale Korridor des Gefängnisses und viele andere, historisch bedeutsame Details. ~~~~~

Gargellen is a small valley settlement in the Montafon with only 110 inhabitants. It is the highest village in the Montafon at 1,423 metres. For us, the village is a good starting point for climbing tours in the area. ~~~~~ Gargellen ist ein kleiner Talort im Montafon mit nur 110 Einwohnerinnen bzw. Einwohnern. Es ist der höchstgelegene Ort des Montafon auf 1.423 Metern. Für uns ist der Ort ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Klettertouren in der Umgebung. ~~~~~ Via Ferrata 'Madrisella'
