Welkom in Nederland - Welcome to The Netherlands
Scavenge Hunt 26/50: Verkeersbord - Traffic sign

During the coronacrisis Germany closed its borders with most of its neighbouring countries. The border with The Netherlands stayed open. Here the border on the old ‘hessenweg’ (an old trade road used by wide wagons drawn by horses) from Münster to Deventer. The traffic signs are in The Netherlands, the cyclists are German and are in The Netherlands, and I, being Dutch, I am in Germany.
How would it be with privacy rights of the cyclists? Do the Dutch rules apply because they are in The Netherlands, or do the German (stricter) rules apply because I am in Germany?
