Ice castle at Lake Louise, 2008
This is another old photo from deep in my archives. I was fortunate enough to go with friends to Lake Louise (past Banff, Rocky Mountains) for the day on 30 January 2008. This was at the time when the annual ice-carving competition had been held and all the beautiful sculptures were on display. Part of the rather fine ice castle is on the right.

I have been here many times ... but not during the Winter ... I have also been to Niagara Falls during the Winter ... but only a few times ... an ominous view of Lake Louise in the Winter ... an excellent shot of the area ...
