This scene was photographed towards the end of last October, at Allen Bill Pond on the Elbow Falls Trail (Highway 66), out past Bragg Creek. I've got two other shots from the same stop in my photostream. All three (but especially the other two) have such strange lighting and a strange feel. I think a lot of this has to do with the almost white looking bare branches. It was a wonderful sight when I was there.
