This is the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology, University of Oxford.

There is a plaque on the wall that says -
In this building Howard Florey, Ernst Chain, Norman Heatley and colleagues first isolated and purified PENICILLIN for the treatment of bacterial infection.
(1938-1941).

I was administrated penicillian when was I around 5 years old. Probably now it is sold under various trade names
