"Making Memories Of Us"

"Making Memories Of Us"
In my humble opinion "Making Memories Of Us" is one of Rodney Crowell's finest songs. It features on the album "The Notorious Cherry Bombs".

I have read that this song has become a firm favourite at weddings. I didn't go to the wedding here but when some of the guests walked by me I knew I should take a photo :-) So this is my logic for adding this combination to 'Sight and Sound' :-)

Also, I had in the back of my mind that Keith Urban sang this song to Nicole Kidman at their wedding. Mind you, I may have completely made this up :-)))

I am also including a link to Keith singing the song and I reckon that Keith absolutely 'nails it' !!

Another great 'people watching shot' Roger. A lovely shot. The lady in red is obviously in charge here, and 'power dressing' to prove it. No small buttonhole for her! Fabulous tracks here. Mellow and beautiful

Thanks very much for the comments and the fave, Carol. Yes, the lady was in charge and did well to make sure the guy's button-holes were firmly fixed in place :-)))
