Pershing County, Nevada, USA. Somehow the solar panels clash... I assume they're running a pump to fill the stock tank, replacing a windmill.

LOL! That's what we thought. I assume the panels are driving a pump that fills the stock tank in the foreground, but I didn't check in detail.
