English translation:
"The name Fongers is a garantue for quality
The materials used for Fongers bicycles are selected with care. For all our bicycles the best material, that is available, is used, so that we can garantue the reliability and solidity of our entire product.
The Groningen [province in the Netherlands] Bicycle Company A. Fongers.
The form of the frame of Fongers bicycles and the angle of the fork, in relation to the bend of it, make that they are lightly steerable and also bounce and shake very little on bad roads.
A bad road becomes good on a Fongers."
The English is perhaps a little akward, but so is the original Dutch.

The prices of Fongers bicycles can, when considered what will be delivered, be called low. The riding of these bicycles is more economical, then any other bicycle. Who buys Fongers, saves himself high repair bills and consequently rides cheaply."
