Thanks. It's miles from Pitshanger Lane - it's is in Walpole Park, near Ealing Broadway. It used to be the public library. Although it's only a 10-minute walk from here (where I've lived all my life) it's the first picture I've ever taken of the house, built by the architect Sir John Soane. It's just been re-opened after a 5-year, multi-million pound restoration. It's more picturesque now without a 19th C wing on the RHS which was demolished.

Pitshanger (which my SatNav pronounces "Pit-changer") Lane is also in walking distance of here - in the other direction.
