Streetlife in Rewari

Streetlife in Rewari
Touristen sieht man hier keine.

Thank you for a short story. The picture is otherwise just like thousands of other, just as this place is unfortunate to be like thousands of other non-tourist, non-industrial, non-business places in India. It's very realistic picture and actually for an European quite scary to think how is to live over there.

Thank you for your comment.Yes, that's one way to look at it: 99% of all images are like tens of thousands of others. This makes all further photography superfluous. But one could say oh, this picture gives a specific, individual view of the photographer of this place/country at a certain time, which is an enrichment.

Many greetings Günter

Dear Gunter, what I wanted to say, you can make tons of photos like this in India. This is because the country is so extraordinary and different from our comfort zone, it's an instant experience a feeling of real life just to stand on a street of an Indian city. I am saying, that your story gives to this picture a large deal, and makes it unique. Even these three short sentences navigate us through geography, economy and time. Again, many thanks. I'll be glad to list all such photos in the Group.

Thank you for the clarification! Yes, that's right. Especially the one about the comfort zone and real life. A fascinating country ...
