Kitchen Staff

He recognized us from his serving us earlier in the cruise.

This was only a few days into the cruise. The staff really tries to remember the passengers and their preferences. Then, it is up to the passengers to remember and acknowledge the great service they receive.

I was snapping as many photos as I could, given the short visit.

We also went out of our way to thank the hard-working crew, deep in the ship. Some of the kitchen staff (along with laundry, etc) never interact directly with the passengers. Some never even get outside, unless in a port.

The workers on a cruise do not have an easy life.
