There's A Kind Of Hush


Composer Geoff Stephens conceived New Vaudeville Band in 1966 and watched as his group of studio musicians took "Winchester Cathedral" to the top chart position. On the first album is "Kind of Hush".

One year later Herman's Hermits took "There's a Kind of Hush" (Reed - Stephens) to the top ten.

The Carpenters (Richard and Karen) cover "There's a Kind of Hush (All Over the World) was released in 1976 got into the top twenty.
