Ja, die Arbeit hier in den Steillagen ist überwiegend manuell. Das ist natürlich ein Kostentreiber, weil hier nur selten Erntemaschinen eingesetzt werden können. Aber den etwas höheren Preis zahle ich für einen Spätburgunder aus unserem Tal gerne...
