Hallo Sarah,deze brug ligt 10 mtr. boven een autoweg,zo kunnen de mensen met de fiets of te voet naar de woonwijk. De afrastering is waarschijnlijk gemaakt dat niemand iets naar beneden kan gooien of afspringen.Ik wens jou ook een prettig weekend.....Frans....:-))
