Blutkuppe
Eine Granitformation, die in der Morgen- und Abendsonne blutrot leuchtet. Im Vordergrund zwei Köcherbäume. Der Name rührt daher, dass die sog. Buschleute (Khoi San) und auch die Nama aus den Ästen Köcher für Ihre Pfeile herstellten.

Dankeschön Lothar! Leider gibt es in Namibia zur Zeit einen Pilz, der viele dieser urwüchsigen Gewächse sterben lässt.
