Great pictures but I still do not understand why the building is condemned because it seems like a fantastic place to live. Not a fancy building for sure but still...the view!! :D

Because every year the sea gets closer to the buildings due to coastal erosion. In winter storms the waves are already crashing over the buildings. The solution to the problem is extremely expensive and there is no political will to do so. If it was a lot of buildings, like in Palm Beach or Miami ... but these are only 3 and are in the middle of nowhere ...
