Wow, great work! I have tried - nor very successfully- and know how fiddly this is, even if you had a helper. I guess the coffee was unpalatable with all that sugar;-)
Yes, Kaffee und Kuchen is a very German concept!

As discussed above there is a technique to this which works every time without a helper....!
But you are right about the coffee being unpalatable.. I had mixed it very strong and cold..
And what went it in it is another story.....
As you noticed I picked up on the 'Kaffee und Kuchen', as in England we don't really have the same..
