Thank you so much for your very kind visit.
I am pleased you found it interesting.
Well, you did notice I have a few motorbike pictures dotted through my gallery, and I did turn up on it that day...
Best Wishes,
Peter
Your visit is most welcome. Thank you.
I'm pleased that you have enjoyed it!
I spoke to all the station staff in German, but never got challenged as a spy, and no one attempted to take me POW.. Then right at the end of the day a nice old lady came up to me and said in very broken German that she had been brought up in Germany when she was little.. Just after the war, I imagine....
I do have a photo too...
Best Wishes,
Peter
Your visit is most welcome. Thank you.
I'm happy that you had a good look!!
I have had the uniform a long time!!!
Best Wishes,
Peter
Another great self portrait Peter. I imagine your German is quite good after all your time and experience over there. I had to smile at the old lady speaking to you of her German experience. I imagine if my mother or even I, also had seen you, we may have spoke to you in German too.
Tchüß, Herbert
