Hey Frans:) No No :) never too early for this cake Frans! its our favorite for the holiday season! its a rather long loaf cake, so I cut it in 3 sections ( as you see here in this series about this cake)
and I freeze the sections we aren't eating and bring another section out when we run out!! :)))

Hey Andy, You expressed it well Andy, it is a festive colored batter, and when done and sliced, it is a treat to dig into! but I monitor this real closely, so it will last for a while :)))
