Hi Sarah,

Looks like a Collared Dove. We get plenty of them here. Had a pair nesting in a tree in the garden a few years ago.
You have caught him nicely!

Peter, thanks for coming by,,, yes these are quite popular around here as well,. they love to visit and help empty the feeders, if they can hang on.:) they prefer what's on the ground mostly ..:)
we love to hear them with their "song" voice...:) late in the day mostly with that low melodic
tone they make :) a quite soothing sound! kind wishes, Sarah
