It's hard to imagine that amount of peanuts, I wonder how many jars of Peanut butter that lot will make.

Hi Maurice, AND there will be / or have been more of this sight. Its harvest time now for Peanut farmers :) UH a "few jars" of Peanut Butter here Maurice:)) and Im a real lover of peanut better! we keep it in our pantry...

Well dear Steve, IF I could get one of these sent over to you I surely would! I love them too Steve. ate some JUST YESTERDAY, but "boiled ones" I had already purchased, boiled and froze several packages in freezer... SOOOO good!!! Thank you Sarah xx

John , hello, your question might could be taken in two ways:) on the first hand, usually a farmer will wait until he has COMPLETELY plowed up the entire peanut crop then takes the harvest to this processing plant, if that was your question. and if you are asking is this the main crop in this area, IT IS NOT, however peanuts is a big deal for many farmers. This area produces, in abundance: Cotton, Corn, Tobacco, Soy Beans, Tomatoes, Onions, and fields of all sorts of fresh vegetables like....Beans, Peas, Squash and on and on.
