The salty air obviously doesn't bother them at all. Indeed they thrive in Cornwall, I have picked them the size of dinner plates.
A benign Hell's Mouth.

The Godrevy Coast, Reskajeage, Cornwall.
An incredibly bright day. The sky was white but the sea ... ... !
For Pam, of course!

I know I've posted this before but not for a couple of years at least.
Clear waters with just the hint of breeze-carressed ripples.
Asparagus and Samphire Islands seen here. The 'eye' is the remains of an exploratory mine shaft. I'm pleased they didn't find what they were looking for!
Portreath. H. A. N. W. E. Everyone.

For Pam. The beach at Portreath at low tide viewed from Treaga Hill.
I think I may have posted this before, and fairly recently at that! Apologies if so.
View from the end of Tubby's head to St Agnes Head…

You can't walk between the two at sea level; even at low tide. You have to ascend the cliff, move along the coast path and descend by a steep scramble to the end of St Agnes Head. The whole thing takes over 30 minutes and yet it is within spitting distance. Perhaps best to swim!
Rock pool, enormous cave, no tourists, a gorgeous…

Porthcadjack, Cornwall.
Sight and Sound.
A Paul Tortellier masterclass in the original French.
Paul Tortellier: A musical genius no doubt but also the best proselytiser of classical musical I have ever heard. Sheer passion, allied to musicological insight, sound didactic methodology, rationality, humanity and humour.

Since Fishing Cove became an 'official' nudist beach (I think in the '90s), not one nudist has been spotted here (at least not by me!!). The safe but spectacular path down was thought to act as a deterrent to voyeurs, as it looks far more difficult than it really is. It didn't matter, the nudists stayed away anyway! Hell's Mouth is round the corner.

North Cornish Coast. The waves weren't particularly high but a stiff wind made for some nice effects!

Lonely yacht and deep blue sea.
For Pam.
I have no editing tool at the moment and this is therefore as seen. Yes, the sea really was this blue!
And I think I got a straight horizon as well, Keith!

Bright light that day.
Frustratingly my old Motorolo E digital didn't have geo-positioning so I can`t do as requested. I fear this will apply to at least half my uploads.

I could watch the waves here for hours, especially when the blowholes are operating (not on this day sadly")
