Carn Galva and Zennor parish

For Pam. I find it annoying when the map locator has the wrong place name. Pendeen is two parishes away away and Zennor residents would be miffed if they knew!

Granite, lichen and sea.

You need a head for heights! Right at the very end of St Agnes Head, Cornwall. For Pam.

Two venerable pubs on the right, the nearest one is the Dock Inn and the one with seating outside is The Dolphin. I have spent many a happy time in both over the years! St Michael's Mount is in the distance.

Shetland ponies at Ralph's Cupboard

I took a few shots of these ponies here and only two were in full sun and they are the ones I have posted before now. But I quite like the muted atmosphere of these more shaded shots so I proffer one here! For Pam.

Above Basset cove. The South West Peninsula Coast Path passed some way to my left until quite recently (well, certainly the 90s). This is a 2012 shot and the path has had to be moved back again, since then. It hasn't 'gone' yet (as least not in 2018) but nearly ... For Pam.

I think one of my favourite rock pool shots because of the colours and very gentle ripples. As Peggy advises, best on black and full screen .

I was scrambling around the granite rocks right at the end of this prominent promontory (try saying THAT a few times after a few sherberts!!) and came across this rock window, quite unexpectedly! For Pam!

Crane Island rock. for Pam.

More or less the half way point on my favourite low tide rock hop! Sadly, since 2013, I haven't been able to do this walk as a storm re-configured part of the coast, rendering progress at one particular point impossible.

The Cliffs at St Agnes. For Pam.

Logan Rock, Porthcurno, Cornwall Right at the end of the Trereen Dinas promontory on the edge of the Atlantic. I had fun scrambling among the rocks here!
