WOWY ZOWY HOLY COWY!! Joycelyne!!! This picture is just SPECTACULAR!!! I got to your picture and out loud I exclaimed, "WOW!!! LOOK AT THAT!!" This is one of those things...almost everyone would walk past. But you saw and stopped, recognizing that this was so cool, so special, and so unique, that it must be shared. Oh my...what a lovely view of this plant. What perfect timing so what what I see is so much like a spider's web or perhaps an alien pod opening up. The beautiful details, your composition, the colors, bokeh, warmth, pulled together in a perfect composition...WHAT A PICTURE! I also loved the treatment and texturing. Fantastic job!

I also enjoyed learning more about this plant...we have fireweed here too, now I am wondering if I've missed this amazing show that's happened just outside my door!

Thanks for the eye-opening wonder. I am enchanted.
