That us an interesting sign --- sort of like the ones that I've seen here in North Carolina ... "all our honey is from North Carolina" --- this being near the border of Virginia and North Carolina.
When I asked the beekeeper (whose hives were near the border) how the bees knew where the State line was -- he was not amused.

As a minor aside, if you ever travel through Utah, the state highway "icon" is a stylized image of a Beehive ;)
