Munich’s neogothic Luxury Lane, the Maximilianstraße. On the other side of the road, we recognize Hermes, Cartier, Chanel, but believe me: all the others are there too.

The street is part of my daily commute. I’m busy not to run into cars, and have no time for greed or envy.

What have I said to justify this? Anyway, I took the photo just a block away from where I work: you can’t possibly miss the scene. :-)

(I’ve added a geotag: if you zoom in enough you can count the Porsches, Ferraris, and Bentleys yourself.)

I admit that I hoped the match would end in a just and undisputed draw when I saw all those Aberdeen hooligans, dressed in kilts, singing and shouting in the streets...
To their credit, I must say there are no reports of riots and demolitions afterwards. (And I can’t tell if the 5:1 result was just ... I hope so!)
