Das ca. 7 m hohe Hochwassersperrwerk ist seit 2016 in Betrieb und dient dem Hochwasserschutz durch Abriegelung des Flusses Ryck.

Im ersten Moment dachte ich an Riesen-Spielzeug mit diesen leuchtenden Farben, lieber Percy ;-). Auf ein Sperrwerk wäre ich nicht gekommen. Trotz des blickfangenden orangefarbenen Halbkreises habe ich die Zäune im Hintergrund entdeckt. Für ein HFF ist es allerdings zu spät ;-)!

Stimmt, da muss man schon genau hinschauen. Ich empfand die Farben als sehr schön - und Sperrwerke sehen normalerweise auch etwas anders aus. Da hat sich der Architekt etwas Besonderes einfallen lassen.
