1941 Hudson pickup 3/4 ton

1941 Hudson pickup 3/4 ton
Just look at this beauty! The owner told me that less than 100 of the 3/4 ton were manufactured, only 10 remain, 5 of those running.

There was also a 1/2 ton model, about 1500 of those were built.

Fotoriff, photosofghosts, , Ulrich John and 2 other people have particularly liked this photo

ohhh, bumper-mounted driving lights too !! ...

I might also be jealous of the far-more-recent true work truck parked beside. (But I guess this is not Winslow Arizona though ... where rock&roll band The Eagles sing a famous lyric about a "flat-bed Ford")

Those headlights and pointy hood were kind of fancy for 1941! Ha - not Arizona, not a Ford, but I see what you mean. Thanks again, Wally!

There weren't very many of them made, so they are rare here, too. Thank you, Fabio!

What a beauty! And it also has a special colour that fits to that time, I think.
Great! I imagine, when driving one can feel how the hood is dividing the air in front of you...

Yes, I love that color, too. It's an authentic Hudson color, maybe considered quite daring in 1941. Thank you, poly!
