Once in awhile I take a picture of this...
...so I can remember what country I live in. Also, because it amuses me how enormous this flag is in front of a small strip mall. I'll bet the one in front of the Pentagon isn't bigger than this.

To invade Canada he'd first have to find it on a map, eh? I believe Trudeau should challenge him to a boxing match.

There's a video of the fight on YouTube. An impressive performance.

I cannot sing either set of words to our anthem without being a hypocrite.

In English I'd have to sing "God keep our land glorious and free", while in French I'd have to sing "Car ton bras sait porter l'épée il sait porter la Croix" (my interpretation of the Sermon on the Mount leads me to conclude that Christians shouldn't sing that, either).

You can keep the flag (you cen keep all your flags), but I'll take some of those empty parking spaces over here to my place. :-)

Oh, what a good idea! Wait a minute, that means we'd have to look at the Yam in just boxing shorts. Arrggghhh! I'll look for that video. "...resulting in a bloodied nose for the [Tory] senator." Another good idea!

Maybe you should just hum the anthem. I can't even think of the last time I sang our anthem or said the Pledge of Allegiance. Forty years ago? In what setting? Don't have a clue.
