An der Aktion „Lite it up purple!“ beteiligen sich viele Städte auf der ganzen Welt. Dabei werden markante Bauwerke wie Hochhäuser, Brücken, Burgen oder andere Wahrzeichen der verschiedenen Regionen am Abend des 17.11. lila angeleuchtet.
