Cross Lake Bay beach

Cross Lake Bay beach
Our walk today is called the Cross Loop walk. The big sign is for ‘The wild Atlantic Way’ that we are also on. The walk started at the other end of the bay and continued inland by Cross Lake. As can be seen, this is a quite part of the world with not a sole apart from us walking on this splendid beach.

I love a nice deserted beach Herb...........and this place certainly qualifies..!! The signpost is an odd one, but it's very graphic and once I read your narrative I can see what it signifies. It actually looks great against the sky!

Hi Rosa, you like Keith have taken these Wild Atlantic signs to heart. You get used to them after a while but I was like you, seeing them rusting away in the wind and rain but they keep on standing and pointing the way. A great beach in the sunshine or golden hours but it wasn't to be for our trip.
