You just can’t beat a good sunset!
Our home lock-down does not enable me to get many good sunsets at the moment. So here is a splendid evenings shooting at Balnakeil Bay in the very North of Scotland from 2014. This was taken around 22:00 but I stood snapping for another hour getting the glorious after-effect lighting. As I took this, I was accompanied by about another dozen photographers all shooting the same scene, some doing long time exposures. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this.

I haven't seen such a good sunset since we left Norway to return home. We don't live anywhere near a coast here, and our village is in dip, so no wide skies.

You are right Herb you can't beat a good sunset and this is a super sunset. Scotland is excellent for sunsets I shot alot on the Isle of Skye.

The colours are simply awesome and you've captured the whole scene in great depth and detail. Excellent work my friend.

Definitely worth viewing large - I can see this printed on a huge canvas!
