Grey Heron in flight

Well caught Herb ~ a difficult shot to capture I'd imagine

Thanks Nick. Yes I had waited ages with my camera on a tripod aimed at this part of the sky for a flying heron...... only joking.... no it was just a chance sighting as it flew over me as I had my camera waiting because I had seen a heron in the ponds here. :) The lighting was fortunate too.
