My first ever trial on a cloudy night Low Level Lighting rather than light painting. so low you cant see it at night but the camera can. I have to go i believe even lower.

A very deliberate shot to capture this string of pearls early morning and no one about.

What started as LLL Tom very quickly blew out of the night by accidentally hitting the button on the head lamp and trying to turn off. Enjoy accidents very strong winds just look at the tree and bushes..

One of the first I did from half way down to the water on the last ridge. Cape Naturalist Light house the only other light than the stars and the Planet Venus in the middle. Cant wait till the end of the year to try this with LLL enjoy the huge file.

this was a concept shot for July but the milky way is laying very differently so we got the best out of the Landscape. has been a very long time since i have see the Milky was bright and almost touchable. i did not add the other 4 shots that made the 360 of these stunning Salmon Gums of the area. this was 6 hour drive there and back but so well worth it.

Our last look before we came home. Milky way was getting higher and higher.

This is a shot for those who wish to learn My first even night panorama 3 horizontals, Moon in the middle of frame lens flare and lens vignetting , The 500 rule is not quite correct shots at 34 seconds each but i am at 20 sec these days. I have never thought to go back and look at this set of shot PTGui handled it perfectly nothing else could. milky way is in shot 1 , Magellanic Cloud to the very right of shot Bright source at the right end is Tauranga. Not some thing i would ever suggest Unless you are leaning back low down and using a super-wide lens. dont the ground look so small compared to the bow, me i am way smaller but i am just as big.
