Excellent flower portrait! I remember kangaroo paws once were the fashion as pot plants but mine didn't survive very long....

They dont like water, they dont like fertiliser, they dont like rich soil, they live in sand I had some growing in one of my houses it was plant and forget in the sandy soil we live on.
