Up until two weeks ago the sign showed "300's"
The '5' was pasted over the '3'. I wonder who is pocketing the extra $200,000? "Amazing Value" for whom?

Ich wuerde das eher Geldgier des Unternehmers nennen, denn die Inflationsrate ist nur 2.5 %. Diese Gegend war 1971 als ich zuerst hierher zog weit und breit Farmland. Jetzt ist es die meistbegehrteste Gegend fuer die hoehere Einkommensgruppe. Die 'billigsten' Haeuser sind fuer Normalverbraucher schon lange nicht mehr erschwinglich. Wir wohnen jetzt ueber ein Jahr hier und die meisten Haeuser, die waehrend dieser Zeit genau hier gebaut wurden, kosteten $300,000. Jetzt sind nur noch etwa 5 Grundstuecke erhaeltlich. Die Haeuser sind dreistoeckig, Garagen fuer je drei oder vier Autos, drei Badestuben und sind mindestens 300 qm gross.

I agree. It is so foreign to me why people need to congregate in these style subdivisions. I am more in favor of the new trend coming from New Zealand and Australia where Tiny Homes are promoted. Too bad our country doesn't promote those.
