Dear all,
The ipernity community is as varied as the content it hosts. Some content may offend users or be unsuitable for children. So that everyone has a positive experience on ipernity, and since our current system is not perfect, we'll release soon a new content rating/filtering system.
We planned to release this system last February but we underestimated the complexity of such project. Again, we apologize for this long delay. Now we are close to the end. So here's an introduction of this new feature wich will be enable within the next few weeks. Of course you'll be personally informed when this system is active.
This system is based on both filtering for visitors and rating for content's owners.
Content filters
These filters will be partly based on the rating (see below) set by contents' owners. They will not be 100% reliable, but they will be improved every day.
Browsing ipernity pages (as member or not), you will be able to choose between:
Strict filtering
If you surf with your family or if you want content suitable for everyone only.
Moderate filtering (default)
If you are okay with non-sexual nudity (nude art, naturism ...).
No filtering
If you are a member of ipernity and are over 18, you will be able to choose not to filter content. In this case, you'll agree to be exposed to all sorts of content including that prohibited to minors (under 18).
The general audience on ipernity is mostly mature, this is why the default level of filtering will be moderate.
Your level of content filtering will be displayed at the bottom of ipernity pages. You'll be able to change the filter at there. If you are an ipernity member, you'll also be able to set your default content filter in your preferences.
The inappropriate content will be either scrambled or masked.
You'll also be able to temporarily deactivate filters when browsing someone's content.
Content rating
All documents and articles will be rated by their owners according to their intended audience. This rating system will be coupled with content filters (see above) to allow users to protect themselves from inappropriate content.
Rating will be done when uploading docs or writing an article. Members will be able to define a default category in their preferences.
Docs and articles published before the release of this system have been arbitrarily rated by the ipernity moderation team. Once the rating system active, members will be invited to review their contents and make any adjustments.
Here are the 3 content categories:
All audiences
This category includes all content suitable for a global audience with parental guidance and might be aired on TV to primetime. In case of doubts, this category must not be chosen.
Not for all audiences
Everything that cannot be "All audiences"-rated but that isn't necessarily restricted to adults (18+) should be rated in this category. This kind of content is not suitable for children and may offend some people.
Restricted to adults (18+)
Every not prohibited content that is forbidden to minors (-18) or that can not otherwise rated should be "Restricted to Adults (18+)".
About prohibited content
In addition to bans already in force, we'll systematically remove content:
-- obviously picked off the Web (you must be the author of your content published on ipernity);
-- aiming at doing business, advertising or propaganda;
-- featuring recognizable persons unwittingly taken on a private place or taken without their knowledge in a public place and presenting them in a demeaning manner;
-- promoting prohibited content.

la komunumo de ipernity estas same varia kiel la enhavo kiun ĝi gastigas. Iu enhavo povus ofendi uzantojn aŭ ne taŭgi por infanoj. Por ke ĉiu havu pozitivan speron en ipernity, kaj ĉar nia nuna sistemo ne estas perfekta, ni baldaŭ lanĉos novan sistemon de pritakso/filtrado de enhavo.
Ni planis lanĉi ĉi tiun sistemon pasintan februaron, sed ni subtaksis la kompleksecon de tia projekto. Ni denove pardonpetas pro tiu ĉi longa prokrasto. Nun ni estas proksimaj al la fino. Tial jen enkonduko pri tiu ĉi nova funkcio kiu aperos ene de la venontaj kelkaj semajnoj. Kompreneble vi estas persone informata kiam tiu ĉi sistemo aktivos.
La sistemo baziĝas sur la du funkcioj filtrado por vizitantoj kaj pritaksado por posedantoj de enhavo.
Enhavo-filtriloj
Tiuj ĉi filtriloj estos parte bazitaj je la pritakso (vd. malsupre) farita de la posedantoj de enhavo. Ili ne estos 100%-e fidindaj, sed ili estos plibonigataj ĉiutage.
Foliumante en paĝoj de ipernity pages (kiel membro aŭ ne), vi povos elekti inter:
Strikta filtrado
Kiam vi foliumas kun via familio aŭ se vi volas nur enhavon taŭgan por ĉiu.
Modera filtrado (defaŭlta)
Kiam vi akceptas ne-seksum-rilatan nudecon (nuda arto, naturismo ...).
Neniuo filtrado
Se vi estas membro de ipernity kaj pli ol 18-jaraĝa, vi rajtos elekti ne filtri enhavon. Tiuokaze, vi akceptos ĉian enhavon inkluzive de tia, kia estas malpermesata por neplenaĝuloj (sub 18).
La ĝenerala publiko de ipernity estas ĉefe matura, tial la defaŭlta nivelo de filtrado estos modera.
Via nivelo de filtrado estos montrata ĉe la malsupro de ipernity-paĝoj. Vi povos ŝanĝi la filtrilon tie. Se vi estas membro de ipernity member, vi povos ankaŭ agordi vian defaŭltan enhavo-filtrilon en viaj agordoj.
La netaŭga enhavo estos aŭ ĉifrata aŭ maskata.
Vi povos ankaŭ portempe malaktivigi filtrilojn kiam vi foliumos ies enhavon.
Pritakso de enhavo
Ĉiuj dokumentoj kaj artikoloj estos pritaksataj de iliaj posedantoj laŭ la intencata publiko. Tiu pritaksa sistemo estos konektita al enhavaj filtriloj (vd. supre) por permesi al uzantoj protekti sin de netaŭga enhavo.
Pritaksado okazos dum alŝutado de dokumentoj aŭ verkado de artikolo. Membroj povos difini defaŭltan kategorion en siaj agordoj.
Dokumentoj kaj artikoloj publikigitaj antaŭ la lanĉo de tiu ĉi sistemo estas arbitre pritaksitaj de la kontrola teamo de ipernity. Kiam la pritaksa sistemo ekaktivos, membroj estos invitataj rigardi sian enhavon kaj fari ĝustigojn.
Jen la 3 kategorioj de enhavo:
Ĉia publiko
Tiu ĉi kategorio inkluzivas ĉiun enhavon taŭgan por tutmonda publiko kun gvidado de gepatroj kaj kiu povus esti dissendata televide dum la ĉefa tempo. Okaze de dubo, ne elektu tiun ĉi kategorion.
Ne por ĉia publiko
Ĉio kio ne povas esti pritaksata kiel "ĉia publiko" sed kio ne necese limiĝas al plenkreskuloj (18+) estu pritaksata en tiu ĉi kategorio. Tiu ĉi speco de enhavo ne taŭgas por infanoj kaj povus ofendi iujn homojn.
Limigita al plenkreskuloj (18+)
Ĉiu ne-malpermesata enhavo kiu estas malpermesata por neplenaĝuloj (sub 18) aŭ kiun ne eblas pritaksi alimaniere estu "Limigita al plenkreskuloj (18+)".
Pri malpermesata enhavo
Aldone al jam validaj malpermesoj, ni sisteme forigos enhavon:
-- evidente prenitan el TTT (vi devas esti aŭtoro de via enhavo publikigita sur ipernity);
-- celantan komercadon, reklamon aŭ propagandon;
-- montrantan rekoneblajn personoj senscie fotitajn en privata loko aŭ fotitajn sen ilia scio en publika loko prezentante ilin en humiliga maniero;
-- reklamantan malpermesatan enhavon.

Rrrolf club has addedOK. Es wäre nun wohl zumindest mal an der Zeit einen neuen Termin zu benennen.
In einigen Beiträgen wird schon bezweifelt, dass es überhaupt noch eine handlungsfähige Administration von Ipernity gibt. Sie scheint abgetaucht zu sein und beteiligt sich nicht mehr an öffentlichen Diskussionen.
Bedarf es wirklich noch des Hinweises, dass darunter die Community leidet und viele um den weiteren Bestand Ipernitys fürchten?
