In four weeks i will be jumping on an airplane AGAIN! and going to Maryland to Cambridge where i will be visting family and friends and will post tons of photos of Delmarva Power And CEC and i also noticed no one has posted photos of the municipal in Easton with their supper thick conductors! so i will also do that! thats all for now.

Well I'm at the airport and I have to go home and my father is sad too but now I have 5/6 months to pack and get ready to move to Maryland! :D

I'm leaving on Tuesday to fly back to Baltimore and while I was staying im Fernie, BC last night, I just had to attempt to capture the mountain landscape with the river flowing on the bottom of the picture. While I was standing at the edge of the river bank, I slipped on one of the rocks and shattered my camera screen. RIP Nikon Coolpix P510 (2012-2016). I can still use it the old fashioned way. I'm hoping to either get it fixed when I get back to MD or buy the new DSLR that I've been looking at…

Well, This one is a real bummer. My photos of that old Baltimore Gas & Electric 4kV substation are also gone...

I am a bit irritated that I reacted the way I did when the news of the possibility of Ipernity shutting down. After going through my photos to keep reuploading, I noticed some were missing! I was looking through my trip to Washington in 2013 and all of my Bonneville Power photos are GONE! Same with other photos as well. I guess I gotta take this as a learning lesson and just salavage what I can.

On Monday 2/16/15 I will be in Calvert and St. Mary's County and will get photos of some BG&E, SMECO, and maybe some PEPCO. On Saturday 3/7/15 I am attending the Shrewsbury Insulator show and will get some photos of Met-Ed.

I'm still on Flickr adding titles and descriptions to my photos and once I finish I'll import them all here with the import tool available on this site so I won't have to do extra work and add descriptions and titles here. So far I'm only doing my Canadian photos and once I get them done I'll slowly work on the photos I've taken in the US. As I used the downloadthemall feature to download my ablums, I deleted each album after it was downloaded to cross it off my list. I also did it so that after every album is erased I can make sure I can save the photos that weren't in albums as well. If Ipernity survives then after I complete the full transfer of photos and all descriptions to Flickr, I'll port them back over with that feature on this site because then all the titles and descriptions will already import over.

Lethbridge County just got hit by a severe thunder storm that dropped golf ball sized hail downing power lines smashing windows and worse! a downed power line can make it dangerous to any one who would come in contact with it or getting too close which can cause serious injury or death! everyone in Lethbridge please stay inside! FortisAlberta, Altalink, and Lethbridge Power are already responding to outages involving damaged substation equipemnt, downed lines and damaged underground lines...…

I have planned to go to Orlando, Florida in Easter and will drive to Tennessee to take some photos of TVA's stuff and visit family.

I lost 100 photos from Delaware...!!!! luckily Iphoto doesn't delte photos you can find them in a folder luckily....

Over the past year I would always return home to no power. I have probably experienced over a dozen outages that range from 15 minutes to a few hours. During the construction of the Wye Mills to Centreville to Church 230kV lines I have lost power 7 times. I have lost power 3 times due to bad weather. The last 2 outages are unknown reasons.
