I came home yesturday to my house with all my digital clocks flashing. After reseting all my clocks I took a drive down the road to notice that the main Delmarva Power 12.5kV three-phase feeder was hit by a car. The old pole was on the ground stripped of equipment and there was a brand new pole in its place with a new riser installed. The new pole uses a wooden cross arm and wide braces. Yay for no fiber glass.
