The Bass Rock is an impressive island/rock on the North Berwick coast in the Firth of Forth, east Scotland. Sir David Attenborough has described the Gannet colony at Bass Rock as one of the 12 wildlife wonders of the world. The Lighthouse is a 20-metre (66 ft) tall, built in 1902,It has been automated since 1988, When viewed large the ruins of St Baldred's Chapel, built on the site of St Baldred's hermitage can be seen (center of the rock),,,,,,,,, HWW!
