☑ Uploading images

I am trying to upload images but the " Browse Computer " is not responding when I put my curser over it. Also it's a pale grey colour which indicates that it's not Functional.
I will take a photo with my Phone camera & see if I can upload it on IP via phone.
Am I the only one having problems with this function ?

I have taken a photo & it worked via Phone, but does not show the wording " Browse
